Working back from opening day
The production window is about four weeks after sample approval, but that's the last stage, not the first. Before it come the quote, the digital mockup, the physical stitched sample and your approval; after it comes shipping to the property. A safe plan is to start the quote while the model room is being furnished, so the approved sample is in hand and production is underway before the OS&E delivery window opens. If your opening date is fixed, put it on the quote form and we'll tell you what the calendar looks like from our side.
A spec you can budget against
The specification page gives construction, sole, sizes in cm, logo area, minimums, setup and lead time. The rate card gives the per-pair price by style and volume. Together they let you carry a real slipper line in the OS&E budget rather than a placeholder, months before a purchasing agent is appointed.
The model room
A stitched sample with the property's logo is a real object for the model-room walkthrough — something ownership, brand and the operator can all hold. Samples can be ordered on their own, blank or embroidered, and the cost is credited against the first order.
Quantities for an opening
Minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size. For an opening, size the first order to rooms × pairs per room × the weeks of cover you want before the first reorder. A 150-key hotel placing two pairs per room needs 300 pairs just to set the rooms once; a first order of 2,000 pairs — 1,000 of each size — covers the opening and the first several weeks of turnover with both lines at the 1,000-pair rate. Every style-and-size line is priced on its own, so tiers are reached per line. The digitized logo file is on record for reorders, with no second setup fee.
Logo not final yet?
Common in pre-opening. Quote and sample the slipper blank now, then digitize the logo when brand sign-off lands. The setup fee and stitched sample follow the final artwork; the rest of the order doesn't have to wait for it.

Who we serve
Frequently asked questions
How far before opening should we order slippers?
Production takes about four weeks after you approve the stitched sample, and the quote, mockup and sample stages come before that, with shipping after. Start the quote while the model room is being furnished so production is underway before the OS&E delivery window.
Are hotel slippers OS&E or FF&E?
Slippers are generally treated as OS&E (operating supplies and equipment), alongside linens and in-room amenities, rather than FF&E.
Can we get a spec and price for the OS&E budget before appointing a purchasing agent?
Yes. Our specification page and rate card are published, so a real slipper line can be carried in the OS&E budget from the start.
Can we sample the slipper before the logo is final?
Yes. The slipper can be quoted and sampled blank, and the logo is digitized and stitched on a sample once the artwork is approved.
How many pairs should a new hotel order?
At least 500 per style per size, with each line priced on its own. Size the first order to rooms × pairs per room × the weeks of cover you want; for a 150-key hotel, 1,000 of each size covers the opening and the first several weeks of turnover.
