How Long Do Custom Hotel Slippers Take to Make?

Custom embroidered hotel slippers take about 4 weeks to produce, starting from the moment you approve your stitched sample and pay your deposit. Before that, you'll see a digital mockup and a physical sample — so nothing goes into production until you've approved exactly what you're getting.

Plan for roughly 4 weeks of production once your order is confirmed. The confirmation steps before production — mockup, sample, and approval — depend partly on how quickly you reply, so the full timeline from first contact to delivery is usually a bit longer than four weeks. Shipping time is added on top and depends on your destination.

The full timeline, step by step

Here's exactly what happens between your first quote and slippers arriving at your property.

Step 1 — Instant quote (same day)

You build your order on our site and see the price on screen immediately. No waiting for a sales rep, no quote-request form to sit in an inbox. Submit it and we confirm the details by email, usually within one business day.

Step 2 — Digital mockup (1–2 days)

We create a digital mockup showing your logo embroidered on your chosen slipper, so you can see the placement and proportions before anything is produced.

Step 3 — Physical stitched sample (about 1 week)

Once you approve the mockup, we produce a physical stitched sample of your logo. This is the real thing in your hands — the exact embroidery, thread colors, and finish you'll receive. This step is why there are no surprises at delivery.

Step 4 — Your approval and deposit

When you approve the sample, we send your invoice. You pay a 50% deposit, and that's what starts production. Nothing is manufactured until this point, so you're always in control.

Step 5 — Production (about 4 weeks)

Your full order is embroidered and made to order. Every pair carries your logo, produced specifically for your property.

Step 6 — Shipping

Shipping time is added on top of production and depends on your destination and order size. Shipping is quoted separately and confirmed with your final quote, so you know the full picture before you commit.

What affects the timeline

A few things can shift the schedule, in both directions:

How fast you approve. The mockup and sample stages move at your pace. Quick replies keep everything on schedule; slow ones add time.
Order size. Very large orders may take a little longer to produce.
Destination. International shipping and any customs clearance add transit time.
Time of year. Peak seasons and holidays can affect production and shipping windows.
