How much do samples cost?
It depends on the style and whether you want your logo embroidered. We confirm the exact sample cost and shipping by email before anything is charged, and the full amount is credited against your first order.
Is the sample cost really credited back?
Yes. Whatever you pay for samples is deducted in full from your first order's invoice.
Why are samples paid?
Our samples are real, made-to-order slippers, and paid sampling keeps the program for genuine hospitality buyers. Because the full cost is credited against your first order, the sample is effectively free for anyone who goes on to order.
Can I get a sample with my own logo on it?
Yes. Choose the embroidered option and we'll request your logo file by email when we confirm your sample cost.
Do I still get an approval sample if I place a full order?
Yes. Every order includes a digital mockup and a physical stitched sample for your approval before production begins, whether or not you ordered samples first.
Can I order samples of more than one style or size?
Yes. Select multiple styles above, and use the notes field to tell us about additional sizes. We'll confirm the combined cost by email.
