For Hotel Groups & Brands

Hotel slippers for hotel groups and brands

For a group, the slipper is a brand standard, not a purchase: the question is whether it is the same slipper in every room in every property. At a glance:

  • StylesFour, embroidered logo
  • SizesTwo true US sizes
  • SpecificationPublished
  • LogoDigitized once, one stitch file at every property
  • Minimum500 pairs per style per size per property
  • Each propertyQuoted, invoiced and produced as its own order

Consistency is a file, not a promise

Embroidery consistency comes from the stitch file. Once your logo is digitized — one logo, one $95.00 setup fee, one file — every pair at every property is stitched from that same file, in the same thread, on the same slipper spec. Reorders and additional properties using that logo don't pay the fee again; a sub-brand with its own mark is its own file and its own fee. That is what makes the amenity match across a group in a way that separately-sourced slippers never quite do.

One specification for the brand standard

The specification page → lists construction, sole, sizing in cm, logo placement and area, minimums and lead time — the lines a brand-standards manual needs. Properties, owners and franchisees order against that one sheet and one rate card, so the brand controls the product without controlling every PO.

Choosing the house style

Most groups pick one style for the brand and, where there's a spa or a premium tier, a second. Fleece is the classic room slipper. Ribbed terry and waffle are the spa and bath styles. Eco linen, with a natural linen upper on a natural cork sole, suits brands that want natural materials in the room. Each style has its own product page and line sheet.

Rolling out across properties

Each property is its own production run at its own address: 500 pairs per style per size, a stitched sample approved per property, an invoice and a 50% deposit per property, about four weeks of production per run, shipping quoted per destination. Properties can be sequenced by opening date, season, or renovation schedule.

The guest's suitcase

Every pair a guest takes home carries the group's mark to the next city. A slipper is one of the few in-room items a guest keeps, and an embroidered logo is the version that survives the trip.

Frequently asked questions

Will the logo be identical at every property?

Your logo is digitized once into a stitch file, and every pair at every property is embroidered from that same file in the same thread on the same slipper specification.

Can different properties in our group order at different times?

Yes. Each property is its own production run with its own invoice, deposit, and shipping, so properties can be sequenced by opening date, season, or renovation schedule.

Is the minimum per group or per property?

The minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size, for each property's production run. Properties do not combine toward one another's minimums.

Can we put your specification in our brand standards?

Yes. The specification page is written for that purpose, with construction, sole, sizing, logo area, minimums and lead time in a format that can be attached to a standards document.

Which style do hotel groups usually choose?

Most choose one house style for guest rooms — fleece is the classic — and add ribbed terry or waffle where there is a spa or bath amenity. Eco linen suits brands that want natural materials.
