Reusable, by design

Reusable means the guest takes the pair home and keeps wearing it, with your logo on it. Much of the industry makes slippers thin enough to wear once in the room and throw away. Ours are made to leave with the guest.

Details and links

A reusable slipper is one the guest wants to keep: a cushioned sole, a real fit in two sizes, and a logo that is stitched rather than printed. That is what carries your name home in a suitcase and back onto the guest's feet. A disposable slipper is the opposite: thin, one size, worn once between the bathroom and the bed and dropped in the housekeeping bin. We don't make that product. Every pair we make is meant to be kept.

Which material?

Four uppers, one question: how do you want the slipper to feel and read?

  • Fleecesoft, warm, the classic hotel slipper. Lowest price point.
  • Ribbed terrythe spa and bathroom slipper; absorbent, textured.
  • Wafflethe lighter, more tailored look; reads as boutique.
  • Eco linena natural linen upper on a natural cork sole, for properties that want natural materials.

03

Which sizes?

Two true US sizes: Medium, sized for women, fits US Women's 6–10.5; Large, sized for men, fits US Men's 8–12.5. Most properties order both.

Details and links

Much of the industry defaults to a single unisex size around 28–29 cm. We make two: Medium, sized for women, fits US Women's 6–10.5; Large, sized for men, fits US Men's 8–12.5. Most properties order both. A slipper that doesn't fit isn't an amenity, it's an apology.

04

How does the logo go on?

Embroidery — stitched thread, not ink. One $95.00 setup fee per logo covers digitization, however many styles or sizes you order with it.

Details and links

Embroidery — stitched thread, not ink. It reads as a hotel logo should. The setup fee of $95.00 covers digitization: converting your artwork into a stitch file. It's charged once per logo — one logo, one file, one fee, however many styles or sizes you order with it.

05

How many pairs?

Minimum 500 pairs per style, per size. Both sizes of one style is 1,000 pairs. Volume tiers are reached per line, not per order.

Details and links

Our minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size. Two sizes of one style is 1,000 pairs (500 of each). A quick way to estimate what you need: rooms × pairs placed per stay × stays per month × the months you want to cover. A 60-room property placing two pairs per room and turning rooms three times a week uses roughly 1,400 pairs a month, so a first order of 1,000 (500 of each size) covers a few weeks and a reorder of 2,500 of each size covers most of a season. Every style-and-size line is priced on its own, so volume tiers are reached per line, not per order. Reorders use the digitized logo file already on record, so the setup fee isn't paid again.

How do you approve it?

quote → digital mockup of your logo on the slipper → a physical stitched sample → your approval → invoice → 50% deposit → production

Nothing is made until you've approved the real thing.

Details and links

You should never commit 500 pairs to a slipper you haven't held. Nothing is made until you've approved the real thing. Samples can also be ordered on their own, blank or embroidered, and the cost is credited against your first order.

08

How long does it take?

About four weeks of production after you approve the stitched sample, plus shipping. Mockup and sample come before that.

09

How is it packaged?

Every pair comes in a custom belly band printed with your logo, at no extra cost. A cotton canvas logo bag is available as an option.

Details and links

Every pair comes wrapped in a custom belly band — cardstock, printed with your logo, rising above the slipper so the logo shows wherever the pair sits — at no extra cost. If the slipper is presented rather than placed, a cotton canvas logo bag is available as an option, priced per bag and counted across the whole order. Both are chosen on the calculator.

Writing a specification? The lines that matter

If you're writing a specification, these are the lines that matter: style/material, upper construction, sole material and thickness, closed or open toe, sizes with sole length in cm, logo placement and maximum logo area, thread colors, minimum order per style per size, setup fee, sample process, production lead time, packaging, and shipping terms. Our spec sheet has every one of these for all four styles.
