Comparing quotes on equal terms
Slipper quotes are hard to compare because most of them are missing a line. When you line up bids, put these on the same sheet: sole material and thickness, sizes with sole length in cm, logo method and maximum logo size, minimum per style per size, setup fee and what it covers, whether a physical sample precedes production, lead time after approval, and whether shipping is in or out. Our answers are on the specification page → in exactly that order, and the same figures are on each style's one-page line sheet if you'd rather attach a PDF to the bid.
The order file
What you'll have in writing before you commit: the on-page estimate from the calculator, a digital mockup of your logo on the chosen style, the physical stitched sample, your written approval of that sample, and an invoice. Production starts on a 50% deposit. Before the deposit, you can walk away at no cost; after it, the run is committed. That sequence is the same for a 500-pair first order and a 5,000-pair reorder.
Minimums and forecasting
The minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size — each size is its own line. For a purchasing forecast, work from rooms × pairs per stay × stays per month. Every style-and-size line is priced on its own; volume pricing steps down at 1,000 and 2,500 pairs of a single line, and whether it's worth rounding a line up to reach a tier is arithmetic you can do on the rate card. Reorders reuse your digitized logo file, so the setup fee is not paid again.

Do you publish your prices?
Yes. Our full rate card, per pair by style and volume tier, is on the pricing page, and the calculator on our homepage shows an estimate for your exact order. All prices are estimates confirmed with your final quote.
Can we get a sample before issuing a purchase order?
Yes. Every order includes a digital mockup and a physical stitched sample that you approve before production. Samples can also be ordered on their own, and the cost is credited against your first order.
What are your payment terms?
An invoice is issued when you approve the stitched sample. A 50% deposit starts production. Before the deposit, nothing is committed.
Is shipping included in the per-pair price?
No. Shipping is quoted separately based on your destination and confirmed with your final quote. We ship worldwide.
What is the lead time?
About four weeks of production after you approve the stitched sample, plus shipping. The mockup and sample stages come before that.
