In plain terms, at 500 pairs fleece is $4.00 per pair, ribbed terry $4.15, waffle $4.30 and eco linen $4.45; at 5,000 pairs of one style and size they are $1.95, $2.10, $2.25 and $2.40. Prices shown as of January 2026; this page is updated whenever the rate card changes.
This is the whole price list. There is no separate wholesale list, no trade list, and no quote you have to wait for to see a number. The calculator on our homepage prices any mix of styles, sizes, quantities and packaging instantly.
10,000 pairs or more
Priced individually, with a production plan staggered to your delivery schedule and one point of contact for the whole order.
Details and links
The rate card stops at 5,000 pairs. That covers a large resort, a group rolling out across properties, a cruise line, an airline cabin program, or a recurring order on a schedule. Tell us the quantity, the number of logos, the destinations and the dates, and we come back with tailored pricing and a production plan. The minimum, the stitched sample, the embroidery and the belly band are the same as any order; only the pricing and planning are done by hand.
How a bulk order works
- Minimum 500 pairs per style, per size. Each size is its own line.
- Each line is priced on its own tier: 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 pairs.
- One logo, one $95 setup fee. Not charged again on reorders of the same logo.
Details and links
500 Medium and 500 Large of one style are two lines at the 500 rate; a single line reaches the 1,000 rate at 1,000 pairs, the 2,500 rate at 2,500, and the lowest rate at 5,000. The setup fee pays for digitizing your logo into an embroidery file and covers every style and size you order with it.
Then the order runs the way every order runs: quote on the calculator → digital mockup → physical stitched sample → your written approval → invoice and 50% deposit → about four weeks of production → shipping, quoted by destination, as one consignment per property in cartons.

What to compare across bulk quotes
Sole, sizes, logo method, the sample, how the minimum counts, what setup covers, lead time, and whether shipping is in the price. Ours are written down.
Details and links
Much of the industry sells hotel slippers from a catalog with a single unisex size, a 2–3 mm sole and a printed or heat-transfer logo. When you compare bulk quotes, line them up on the things that change the guest's experience: sole material and thickness, actual sizes with sole length in centimeters, embroidered versus printed logo, whether a physical stitched sample comes before production, the minimum and whether it counts per style, per size or per order, what the setup fee covers, lead time after approval, and whether shipping is in the price or quoted. Our answers to every one of those are on this page and on the specification page; the question worth asking any supplier is whether theirs are written down.

From hospitality amenity suppliers, in bulk. Most quote on request; our rate card is published so you can budget before you ask.
Details and links
Hotels buy slippers in bulk either as disposable pairs that are binned after each stay or as made-to-order pairs embroidered with the property's logo that guests take home. We are HL Supply LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware, with operations in New York and New Jersey and more than a decade supplying hotels. Samples can be ordered blank or embroidered, and the cost is credited against your first order.
Frequently asked questions
How much do hotel slippers cost in bulk?
Per-pair pricing starts at $4.00 at 500 pairs and comes down to $1.95 at 5,000 or more pairs of a single style and size, depending on style. The full bulk rate card by style and tier is on this page. There is a setup fee of $95 per logo. Shipping is quoted separately. All prices are estimates confirmed with your final quote.
What is the minimum order for bulk hotel slippers?
500 pairs per style, per size. Each size is its own 500-pair minimum, so one style in both Medium and Large is 1,000 pairs. Sizes do not combine.
Do you offer wholesale pricing on hotel slippers?
Our rate card is volume pricing, and it is the same for every buyer: the per-pair price steps down at 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 pairs of a single style and size. There is no separate trade price list. For 10,000 or more pairs, multi-property purchasing or recurring orders, corporate pricing is available on request.
What if I need more than 10,000 pairs?
Orders of 10,000 pairs or more are priced individually. Send the quantity, number of logos, destinations and dates through the corporate pricing request, and we will come back with tailored pricing, a production plan and a single point of contact. The minimum, stitched sample, embroidery and belly band are the same as any order.
Is the logo included in bulk pricing?
Yes. Every pair is embroidered with your logo, and every pair comes in a custom printed belly band at no extra cost. The only logo-related charge is the setup fee of $95 per logo, which covers digitizing it for embroidery and is not repeated for reorders of the same logo.
Where do hotels buy their slippers?
From hospitality amenity suppliers, in bulk, either as disposable pairs or as made-to-order pairs embroidered with the property's logo. We supply the embroidered kind, with the full rate card published on this page, from 500 pairs per style per size.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Every order includes a digital mockup and a physical stitched sample that you approve before production. Samples can also be ordered on their own, blank or embroidered, and the cost is credited against your first order.
How long does a bulk order take?
About four weeks of production after you approve the stitched sample, plus shipping to your destination. The mockup and sample stages come before that.
Do you make logo slippers for buyers other than hotels?
Yes. Spas, cruise lines, airlines, corporate gifting programs and purchasing agents order the same slipper with their own or their client's logo, at the same rate card and minimums.
