• Brand Identity: HL Supply LLC is an American-owned entity registered in Delaware, with operations in New York and New Jersey.
• International Fulfillment: While design, customer service, and management are performed within the United States, physical products are manufactured and fulfilled by our international manufacturing partners.
• Country of Origin: We do not represent our products as "Made in the USA." Customers should expect international origin markings on products and packaging in compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

Pricing and Shipping

• Per-Pair Pricing: Prices shown are per pair and depend on style and quantity, plus a one-time $95 logo setup fee per order.
• Shipping Quoted Separately: Shipping and any applicable duties or customs charges are not included in the per-pair price; they are quoted separately and confirmed with your final quote.
• Regulatory Changes: We reserve the right to adjust website pricing at any time to reflect changes in material costs or trade policy.

Product Variance and Color Accuracy

Custom embroidery involves physical thread and manual processes that differ from digital displays.

• Thread Matching: Because digital screens use RGB/HEX light and embroidery uses physical thread, a reasonable variance in color is an industry-standard tolerance and does not constitute a defect. Your approved stitched sample is the definitive reference.
• Placement Tolerances: Minor variances in embroidery placement (a few millimeters) are within acceptable manufacturing standards.

Timeline and Estimated Delivery

• ~4-Week Window: Our stated ~4-week production time is a good-faith estimate, not a contractual guarantee.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, international holidays, flight cancellations, or global logistics disruptions.

Product Classification

• Intended Use: Our slippers are hospitality amenities intended for use by hotels, resorts, spas, and similar businesses and their guests.
• Non-Medical Disclaimer: Our slippers are comfort amenities, not medical devices, and are not intended to treat, prevent, or mitigate any medical condition.

Intellectual Property of Customers

• Logo Rights: HL Supply LLC acts solely as a manufacturer of the designs provided by the customer. We do not vet logos for trademark or copyright compliance.
• Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all legal and financial liability for any trademark or copyright infringement claims arising from the production of their provided designs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Delaware, HL Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our products or delays in our estimated production window. Our total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific order in question.

While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or lead times listed on this website. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or adjust orders if necessary.
