Hotel slippers for hotel management companies
A management company buys for several properties, several owners and often several brands, and has to keep it consistent and defensible. At a glance:

- PricingPublished

- Each propertyQuoted, invoiced and produced as its own order
One supplier, many logos
Every property gets its own digitized logo — the $95.00 setup fee is per logo, because it pays for that property's embroidery file — and its own mockup and stitched sample, so an owner sees their mark, not a portfolio placeholder. The slipper spec underneath — construction, sole, sizing — stays the same across the portfolio, which is what lets you standardize the amenity without standardizing the brand.
Standardizing the specification
If your properties currently buy slippers independently, they are almost certainly buying different products at different prices. A single published spec fixes that. Ours is on the specification page → in a format you can attach to a brand-standards document: sole, sizes in cm, logo area, minimums, lead time. Once it's the standard, every property orders against the same sheet and the same rate card.
Sizing the rollout
Minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size, per property design. For a portfolio, the practical approach is one style, both sizes, per property — 1,000 pairs per property — with the mix adjusted where a property's guest profile is known. Each style-and-size line is priced on its own, and volume tiers step down at 1,000 and 2,500 pairs of a single line; 500 Medium and 500 Large of one style are two lines at the 500 rate.
Approval that owners can sign off
The stitched sample is a physical object you can put in front of an owner or a GM. Approval is in writing; the invoice follows; a 50% deposit starts that property's production. Properties can be approved and produced on their own schedules rather than waiting for the whole portfolio.
Reorders
The digitized logo file stays on record, so a property's reorder is the same spec, the same thread, the same file, with no second setup fee.

Frequently asked questions
Can we order for several properties with different logos?
Yes. Each property gets its own digitized logo, mockup and stitched sample, and is quoted, invoiced and produced as its own order. The setup fee is charged per logo, because it pays for that logo's embroidery file.
Does each property have to meet the 500-pair minimum?
The minimum is 500 pairs per style, per size, for each design. A property ordering one style in both sizes is 1,000 pairs. Different properties' logos do not combine toward a minimum.
Can we standardize one slipper spec across our portfolio?
Yes. Our specification page gives construction, sole, sizing, logo area, minimums and lead time in a format you can attach to a brand-standards document, and every property orders against the same rate card.
Can properties approve and produce on different schedules?
Yes. Each property's stitched sample is approved separately, and production for that property begins on its own invoice and deposit.
How long does a multi-property order take?
Each property's production takes about four weeks after its stitched sample is approved, plus shipping to that property. Properties do not have to wait for one another.
