Shipping Policy

Because our hotel slippers are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, our shipping process differs from standard off-the-shelf retail. Please review this policy to understand our timelines, tracking, and logistics.
Shipping Is Quoted Separately
Shipping is not included in the per-pair price.
- Quoted With Your Order: Freight cost depends on your destination and order size, so it is confirmed with your final quote rather than estimated on the website.
- Duties & Customs: For international destinations, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges are quoted separately and confirmed before production, so there are no surprises.
Estimated Timelines
Custom manufacturing is a multi-stage process. Our standard estimated production window is approximately 4 weeks after you approve your stitched sample and pay your deposit, divided into phases:
- Design & Proofing: Digital mockup and email approval.
- Sample & Approval: Creation and approval of your physical stitched sample.
- Production & Transit: Mass production and shipping to your destination.
Note: This window is an estimate, not a contractual guarantee. High-volume seasons, holidays, or customs inspections may shift this window.
Tracking
Because we ship from our manufacturing partners to offer the best pricing, tracking may occur in stages. We will email your tracking number as soon as it becomes active. Please allow a short window during any customs clearance phase where tracking updates may appear stalled — this is normal.
Address Accuracy and Redelivery
- Verification: Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address at the time of order.
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed status, or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of re-shipping.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier provides a "Delivered" scan. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier for a missing-mail investigation. We are not responsible for theft after a confirmed delivery scan.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs examinations, flight cancellations or port congestion, extreme weather, or statutory holidays.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are accepted only if we can guarantee a specific ship date in writing, contingent on your email approvals within 24 hours of receipt. Delays in communication void expedited guarantees.
